Manage connections

Verify your Odoo account to view or disconnect its authorizations. Use a valid API key for the same Odoo user you connected. This sign-in does not save a new key.

The address you use to open Odoo, starting with https://. Leave out anything after the domain, such as /web.

This may differ from your company name. Your Odoo administrator can confirm it.

Not sure? Check About Odoo in your account menu or ask your administrator.

Required for Odoo 14–18. Optional for Odoo 19 or later, where your API key identifies you.

Use an API key, not your account password. Enter it only in this secure form, never in a chat.

Where do I get an API key?

In Odoo, open your user menu → Preferences → Account Security → New API Key. Give it a name such as “Odoo Connection”, choose an expiry if asked, and copy the new key. Menu labels may vary by version.
